Our head chef and his team are responsible for the delicacies. Using fresh, natural products, lots of love and care, they conjure up excellent and typically Swiss cuisine. 
The specials of the House are our ‘Café de Paris’, meat and cheese fondues, as well as freshly melted ‘raclettes’.
